Perma Star
Perma Star Vario is a fully automated, independent single-point lubrication system that is ideal for applications that require precise metering. The Star Vario system includes the electromechanical drive, lubricant canister and a battery pack. Star Vario has push-button controls for discharge period and LC size, with LED lights indicating status.
Perma also offers the Star Control system for single-point lubrication of roller- and sliding bearings, sliding guides, open gears, gear racks, spindles, shaft seals, and chains that require precise lubrication amounts.
Perma Pro
Perma Pro is a line of multi-point lubrication systems for linear guides in a number of industries, from paper to automotive, and for roller and sliding bearings, open gears and spindles. Each outlet’s lubricant discharge can be adapted to a manufacturer’s specs. The Perma Pro LC is available in two sizes and supplies lubrication points with lubricant for up to two years. Perma also offers the Pro C line, with one to six outlet connections. Both Pro LC and Pro C are designed to allow remote mounting, which increases worker safety.
